Day 01: Arrive in Paro (2,280 m) and sightseeing tour of Paro Valley

Day 02: Drive to Shana (2,850 m) and trek to Thangthangka (3,610 m) – 17 km, 5–6 hrs

Day 03: Trek from Thangthangka to Jangothang (4,080 m) – 19 km, 5–6 hrs

Day 04: Acclimatization day at Jangothang (4,080 m)

Day 05: Trek from Jangothang to Lingshi (4,010 m) via Nyile La Pass (4,870 m)

Day 06: Trek from Lingshi to Chebisa (3,880 m)
